Change Energy is quickly growing! We are seeking ambitious Sales Consultants to join our travelling sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be working with homeowners all over the country to deliver a free solar proposal/inspection. If you are a competitive, confident, self-driven, ENTREPRENEURIAL individual, who wants to work for a great company, continue to learn, and grow all while, generating uncapped financial income. In that case, this is the job for you!

There is no experience required! We will provide extensive solar training to be able to be successful in this role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Show up to 10-20 Appointments a week (SCHEDULED FOR YOU!!!)
• Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar while generating interest in renewable energy.
• Working alongside mentors and managers as you continue to improve your skills.
• Increasing knowledge and efficiency with tools such as Enerflo, Solo and Setmore.
• Positively represent Change Energy internally and externally and proactively maintain customer relations

Position Requirements:

• SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (No solar experience required)
• High level of motivation and a strong work ethic with a coachable attitude.
• We are looking for team players with strong communication skills that have the ability to work independently.
• THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION
• THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ONLY
• Required to Travel 2-3 Weeks out of the month

ALL TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN 10 AM - 7 PM FOR ATLEAST 3 DAYS

Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
